My body is aching today. I can feel the cringe in every joint especially my thighs urgh. I think yesterday's Pilates class was a torture!!!! yahhh...no wonder the intructor said.."Yes Ladies..welcome to Pilates!!!"
but i find that this class has really improve my posture. l learnt the correct way on how you should handle your body, the way you breathe..the way you bend..etc.
It's really good..so to my friends...Pilates-Recommended!
Oh ya..something went off yesterday during class. Fath said it's really nasty! Worst moment is..it went off during the "breathe in" part...LOL!
I pity her sia.....

After class, zue & fath went to change cos their ready to go home. For me, i headed to the Gym since hubby is finishing work in a half hours time why not burn some fats right?...to find out i was all alone there hahah! Yes ahh all the equipment to myself!
Threadmill , fat-burner stepper & arms toning that's all i did. Wah the treadmill buey-tahan! cam nak pitam aku! but i need to build my stamina on that first.

went to change but the toilet so sunyi sepi naik seram pulak. ok scary things is running wild in my mind at that moment. i can even hear droplets of water..tsk!
cepat aku salin baju & aku angkat semua khazanah kat luar toilet & yes aku kemas kat luar toilet kekehkehe.
the counter guy was asking me what's wrong with you??? No lah inside very scary lah !

then he started to ask me bout my exercise routine & told me to borrow this book called Food Combination. Guaranteed you can lose weight if u practise this 'style' of eating within 3 weeks!

went for kallang cup race last Sat. quite excited for this one cos MotorMania's bike is taking part. lots of work went into this & we are all hopeful that it will do well.

finished work at 1.30..abg hurriedly picked me up at werk as he was at Kallang all morning..scaring he might missed the qualifying rounds. it was already drizzling & went we reached there it was beginning to really pour!
race was put on hold till the rain cleared.
our bike was the first team to go out on the wet surface.bad luck sia cos the tyres not meant for wet road.
but the rider did well though. timing got 5th placing. real race to take place on Sunday

after the race, we went to Marina Square to have lunch. otak mati seh nak makan apa. nampak Billy Bombers but looking at the menu macam not inviting ajer. came upon Breeks. menu looks good & yeah we are not dissapointed with our decision.
ok i must say i had the best pasta ever. dalam ada mussels, crabmeat, slices of fishes & all covered with thick mushroom sauce & on top-parmesan cheese.
it was veeerrry cheesyyy yum yum!!

for desert we had brownie-ok ni brownie best giler ok! tak bedek.

ok dah kenyang gilerz, sempat aku shopping kat Giordano siak while laki aku gi membuang!! khekehke...imagine kalau dia lagik lambat keluar aku dah berbag-bag aku rasa.
abg's got a soccer game. 2nd half lepak cos 1st time aku tengok dia main keeper! habisler...tahan bola pakai perut jerlah nampaknyer..skejap jer terus dia tukar orang khekhekee.
dia sorang jer masuk 2 goal..macam mana nie.
i know that he slacken once he broke his leg & arms in the army playing soccer & now married apa lagi makin relak ah dia. i missed out being his girlfriend during his 'glory days'..he was the school soccer team captain during primary & secondary days. once he actually went to my school for a match. Ina & Noi remember the mat-salled-celup-perasan-hensem?? Yah ajan trashed him! Asal aku tak tengok match tu padahal dulu rajin jugak kita gi tengok dorang lawan bola eh? hmmm...why i never met him before..boleh aku tumpang glamour!! ahahah...
oh & my fellow mummies were there! yey such a joy meeting with ima & sab with their babies. i wish i can bring izz too but too bad i was from work..si sab ni asik nak jumpa izz ajer. oit kau nak matchmake amira dengan izz eh eh eh??? lepak seh....

went to railway for drinks..went home a while to see my baby then at night ader bbq @east coast -Man's VQ invitation. glad to see Man healthy once again..kesian dia! kwang kwang kwang...
i never ate at the bbq. walaupon ayam bbq tu so tempting aku tetap tak makan! dietting is really hard ok! but i MUST persevere to get back my old figure cedebah so i can fit my old Levis ok! that jeans have been hanging in my wardrobe for a while now..waiting for me only! heh!
my cuzzin said that i looked as if i lost weight but i hope so cos macam sama ajer aku tengok. hopefully after the pilates, the gym & the jogging..it will pay off but when it comes to food susah ah! tsk!

ok that is all. oh ya before i forget! yey i finally shit!! ok ok i got constipation for 10days total !!! the shit just don't wanna come out even after plenty of bananas & papayas. ros told me to drink prune juice-tak works pon! till i have to see the doc, gave me a solution to drink, if it doesn't work will have to insert another solution up my arse & if it still not ok will have to see doc again & he will do something 'unpleasant'. urgh!
and my dear Jue asked me really something stupid today! DEMES SIAK!!!
donno wat the hell she's thinking! PPFT!

a surprise for Abg coming up in May for his 29th birthday. i can't wait....

i'm back!! whooohooo!!!
My trip to Phuket was splendid ! I had a great great time but very very tiring one & I missed Izz badly!!
shopping there was ok as things are quite expensive there & not like Bali or Bangkok cos i heard Bangkok is much much cheaper. Bargaining was not my thing. Abang will do all that, he is so damn good at it but the thing that upsets me is the salesgirl !! They were nice but TOO nice sometimes..keep touching Abang!!! Kau takleh angkats siak...not one kedai ok..it's like every kedai kau! Bingits aku! Damn bitches!
Yelah we get the price that we bargained for but all these women so gatal cannot take it! PFFT!
I will only relax if it's a guy that served us..yes Abang, I am that jealous!! :-p
aku rasa muka Ajan macam Thai ah tu pasal ker? hmmmm

anyway nightlife there was hmmm..i can described it as 'sleaazzyyy'!!
bar top dancing, coyote dance shows, Tiger shows..& the thai gurls OMG..they were EVERYWHERE!!..macam semut i tell u! not a place for us girls..u will feel left out or u will be considered as one of em!
dahlah muka kita pon macam orang sana seh but it was an experience when u get there...i wonder manalah tak kena Tsunami tempat macam nie..tsk tsk.
life band is our spot! tak pening kepala aku ehehehe...

the SPA was GREAT!
yup..that's the best thing for 3 hours solid . Spa punya price pon boleh bargain tau from 3000baht to 2300baht. Tak ker best tu..semua benda boleh bargain! ehehehe
jacuzzi, sauna, body scrub, body wrap (in real coffee powder & milk)-smells reaally good & last Thai Massage!
Fooh! After that they served us tea with biscuits..
layanan sungguh memuaskan & they were so happy to get a tip of 100baht each! tt's about $4 + here...

We also went for a 1day boat trip to Phi Phi Island..one of the most beautiful island in Thailand.
It was not a lie..the view was just breathtaking..
Stopped by at Maya Bay for snorkelling. I did not go of cos ehehe but i played an important role of tukang jaga bag & camera woman for 3 cameras ok! Hahaha...
Jue & Aida with their guys all went for the outdoor sports there..like white water rafting, elephant trekking, etc. looking at their photos they sure had fun. ehehehe
being the timid me as usual, i don't go for all these outdoor sports..i know Abang wants to go with them but being the sweet Ajan..he chose to stay with me instead..Awww.
we went shopping while the rest had their fun.
well maybe i will try those things on my next trip...cos it looks harmless but tak tau pulak lah kan..aku ni penakut!

Oh ya! We also went to see Muay Thai (Thai Boxing). Powerrrr!!!
We saw 2 title match & yes there was blood! saw fans betting dah macam tengok Van Damn film ah!
That was great!!

The food there jangan cakap ah! The seafood especially was so fresh & CHEAP ok! CHEAP!!
Cheeseburger at this restaurant RIOs (located at Bangla Road) is a must try. Got to know the restaurant owner is from S'pore & his name-Mike. Nice place he got there. Oh & don't forget to try the mash potatoes too! Big serving confirm gemuk balik!!!

overall, i find Phuket was an excellent trip.i find it better than Bali just bcos there were fewer stray dogs on the streets not like Bali bersepa urgh! some of the shops there even looked like they don't need our money! chet!
